In THT7, The book has been re-written and divided into 3 distinct sections. It&#039;s easier to digest and  understand. 
If you&#039;re referring to the workouts themselves, the 2 cycles in the book have not changed. When you want to make changes, you refer to the Exercise Bank file that is on the same download page. Exercise days, order, number of sets and so on do not change. You simply swap out one exercise for another. The simple instructions are at the top of the Exercise Bank file.]]></description>
