Man i have been a subscriber for months and still haven&#039;t read it all , yeah i&#039;ve had to do some studying but all the vast amount of info is incredible, makes me wonder how Mark gets it all done.  By the way I started at 200 lbs and am down to 160, don,t know how many people i&#039;ve told about Musclehack. com but i guarantee that if you follow the info in the THT and TSPA  regrets you&#039;ll never have, and after a while it becomes your lifestyle, shoot by about the fifth time someone offers you sweets and you turn them down they call you an oak Thanks Mark for your time ,energy, and compassion for folks to share so much]]></description>

As for people wanting meal plans and such - seriously? Read the site. Piles of recipies are available here - for free. Find the ones you like, get into weighing your food and learning about calorie counts and portion sizing and learn for yourself as you go!

Mark&#039;s a busy guy and he already gives back far more to the lean mass community than he&#039;s ever going to be obliged to do. Asking to be &quot;spoon fed&quot; even more free info is more than a little arrogant and rude IMO.

If you want &quot;the next level&quot; of training and instruction from Mark, why doesn&#039;t someone contact him via the site and request online training? That would be the correct (and polite) thing to do as Mark does have a business to run and bills to pay - and mouths to feed!
