Back in January 2008, I was over 180+ pounds at 34 years old. What can I say, I was drinking lots of beer and eating whatever I desired. I didn't FEEL fat or that was what I kept telling myself. Then I took pictures and reality hit me. Sickened by what I saw, I seriously cut calories and cleaned up my eating. By September, I reduced my body to 155lbs, but I was just slim and fragile looking . It was time for me to do things right, so I looked for a good diet and exercise program for me.

That's when I stumbled onto MuscleHack. I started MANS and one of your first programs (Total Anabolism). I was immediately loving the low carb lifestyle and rewarding carb cycles. Results came fast but I did your program to the T, no cheating, no compromises. Every week, my weight went up and my body fat went down. I went from 155 pounds to 170 pounds with a 12% body fat and it took me about 8 weeks of dedication.

I haven't always been faithful to my diet and exercise, but one thing I always find myself doing, is coming back to MuscleHack fundamentals when I need to get my act together. Works every time. :)

Thanks Mark!
