@stickupkid. Yes, that&#039;s the case with Volume Cycle 2. There are only 4 sets on Monday that will involve the triceps to any degree. I&#039;ve tested it, along with a couple of other people, and there was no negative impact on Tuesday&#039;s tricep workout whatsoever. If you personally notice a less than optimal tricep performance on Tuesday, try this...
Mon - Chest &amp; Abs
Tue - Legs
Wed - Tri, Bi, Forearm,
Thur - Back
Fri - Shoulders

just wanted to say that your THT series is just plain awesome. Ive seen results in less that 2 weeks and every one around me has a comment. A few are: 1) your stomach is shrinking, 2) where has your double chin gone, 3) your arms are getting better, 4) you are looking better.. theres more.. but this is all from THT 3.0. Every 3 or 4 days i see monster changes. Its incredible. 

I just downloaded THT 4 and cant wait to read it. 

Its such a great program. Feels like im endorsing it and you know what i am. Ive tried everything else without much success. This is by far the fastest results i have ever gotten. Hate to say it as you just released THT 4, but im now looking forward to THT 5, 6, 7 and &#039;x&#039; bro...:-)
