So we are doing a THT (1) cycle then HIT cycle and then the other THT (2) cycle right?
I have a question. I have done a very quick reading (and maybe my question will be answered with another more thorough reading) and downloaded the spreadsheets. Each cycle has three spreadsheets, one in the 6-8 rep range, one in the 7-10 and one in the 8-12. I was under the impression that Volume 1 was 8-12, HIT was 6-8 and Volume 2 was another 8-12. What am I missing?

Hi Mark,
just wanted to say that your THT series is just plain awesome. Ive seen results in less that 2 weeks and every one around me has a comment. A few are: 1) your stomach is shrinking, 2) where has your double chin gone, 3) your arms are getting better, 4) you are looking better.. theres more.. but this is all from THT 3.0. Every 3 or 4 days i see monster changes. Its incredible.
I just downloaded THT 4 and cant wait to read it.
Its such a great program. Feels like im endorsing it and you know what i am. Ive tried everything else without much success. This is by far the fastest results i have ever gotten. Hate to say it as you just released THT 4, but im now looking forward to THT 5, 6, 7 and ‘x’ bro…:-)

Mark great work well appreciated but I have one question?
Mondays routine is chest/abs and Tuesdays triceps/biceps that means triceps have been worked twice within 48 hours I thought we needed at least 48 hours rest for sufficient recovery?
Can we use THT 4 for TSPA ? Looks great!

@stickupkid. Yes, that’s the case with Volume Cycle 2. There are only 4 sets on Monday that will involve the triceps to any degree. I’ve tested it, along with a couple of other people, and there was no negative impact on Tuesday’s tricep workout whatsoever. If you personally notice a less than optimal tricep performance on Tuesday, try this…
Mon – Chest & Abs
Tue – Legs
Wed – Tri, Bi, Forearm,
Thur – Back
Fri – Shoulders
@Saul. Technically, yes. But I designed the TSPA workout to be optimal to go with a cutting diet. Stick to TSPA.

I note that there isn’t anything in THT4 about the best nutirional plan to be following whilst doing this. Am I right in assuming you’d suggest GLAD with a 200 cal per day extra intake over maintenance?
