I started in January with TSPA and lost nearly 12kg. Then went to THT and GLAD&#039;s diet, which gave me good results, keeping my fat percentage where I left it after TSPA, but gaining 5kg of mass (!). I then sis another round of THT with low carb diet from TSPA, and lost another 3kg, while gaining as well. Now after a break will, go back to THT with GLAD&#039;s. Can&#039;t wait! :)
