					<description><![CDATA[@younes...Mark has posted before to go ahead and take 25-50 grams of whey protein 1st. thing in the morning. Wait about 1/2 hour to 45 min. to eat breakfast. Also, before bed, try a good protein snack like a couple hard boiled eggs, tuna fish, or beef (left over roast or a plain burger). What I do is take a scoop, 25gr., of Casein Protein right at bedtime. It is a slow digesting protein. Helps feed those muscles while they are resting, repairing, and GROWING!!!
