@Kevin. I have 50g whey = 40g actual protein at 8am. There&#039;s no need for several small shakes as whey in water digests at the rate of 10g/hour, so drinking it at 8am will deliver about 10g/hr for 4 hours.

					<description><![CDATA[I typically follow a cyclical Keto routine which is almost identical to your MANS diet. I typically fast until the afternoon, workout and then eat my 2-3 meals in a 6-8 hour window.
I recently read that you don&#039;t eat anything solid until the afternoon as well, but will have a protein shake in the morning. Your post on how hormone growth triples with liquid protein alone was interesting. My specific question is how many grams of protein you drink in the morning? Do you drink all your protein in one shake, or do you have small shakes throughout the morning to avoid breaking your overnight fast? Thanks Mark.
