					<description><![CDATA[thanx guys. took melatonin for the first time last night and seems to work fantasticaly, its my weak point in my weight gaining mission, i just dont sleep properly and with marks exercise  routines it seems to make me more restless at night..(any exercise in that case). but got a solid 8 hour sleep last night and felt fresh this morning. keep up the awsome work mark!!!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[@Jason.  I have been supplementing with melatonin at bedtime for years, since I suffer from restless leg syndrome and this is one way to help with that.  I can tell a difference if I sit up late and haven&#039;t taken it;  I start getting a very uncomfortable sensation in my legs.  It also has the added benefit of helping one fall asleep faster.  Pretty cool!  Start with just 1 mg and see if it helps;  no sense taking more than you need.]]></description>
