Well I am the baby in the group considering the time I have been following you and have just completed the 3 days a week 8 to 12 reps 10 week program. Seen gains even though following a strict cutting diet. I thought I would make it on the Leg Blast Experiment Workout list but never thought I would be the one with the largest gains. It&#039;s a tough but effective workout. Good work. Already start looking forward to your next blast, back/shoulder I guess (seems like these are the only two remaining big muscle groups).]]></description>
