					<description><![CDATA[Anyone doubting Mark should not! He&#039;s one of the extremely few that have given so much knowledge and effort for 0 dollars in return. His work and efforts are more than affordable for specialized training like this. A total humanitarian !! I would have gladly paid for THT many times, especially over. Thanks for the prompt reply.  Okay one last clarification, if I sign up for JnR then you will give access to all the required downloads, so basically that means that I have to download everything that is available within the 14 days and that will be good through out???

Secondly I am currently on the one week break, so I will start training only next Monday onwards, does that mean that I will miss out on 7 days or that doesn&#039;t make a difference as it is a limited time program good forever.  So I can use it from the day I start my training.

Just a little concerned about my doubts as it is just a limited period offer and a little steep price wise so have to be very clear.  Shouldn&#039;t feel unhappy after spending, hope you understand. :)

I have just completed 11 weeks on the TSPA program and have achieved 11% body fat from 21% at the start of the program.  My six packs are visible and am happy with that.  As per your guidelines I am taking a week off and intend to restart my training from next Monday ie. 11th Jan, 2016  

Now I want to increase my muscle size and hence want to sign up for the JnR plan.  But I am little confused with the &quot;only 14 day&quot; window rule.  So can you please explain whether I am eligible for JnR and whether it would be beneficial to me.  Also what happens after the 14 day window.  

I used the Musclehack android app to log my workouts.  Can I continue to do that with JnR also ?  

Lastly, I have purchased the TSPA and Arms Blast already, so if I get these as freebies again with JnR, it would not mean anything.  Instead is it possible for you to give your chest blast plan as a freebie along with JnR?
