I&#039;m still trying to figure out a comfortable way to do upright rows, but that might be partially a shoulder problem of mine :)]]></description>

Good article! So much time is wasted on the exact position one should be in but most of the time, with in reason, whats comfortable is whats right. Who says no pain no gain? :)]]></description>
