For the volume cycle do 1 set of whatever your first real set is, again 12 reps at 50% of your first set weight.
No stretching as it temporarily weakens a muscle and is counterproductive for a bodybuilding workout.]]></description>

Just a question. In your program you say nothing about warming up. I am not clear on how one can just go straight into pushing a weight to failure in one set without some type of warm up set first. This could lead to serious injury.
