I am starting a cutting cycle for the next 5 weeks or so.  Afterwards, I will be traveling for a month straight throughout Australia and Asia, so I won&#039;t be worried about dieting and exercising.  So for now, I am cutting all starchy carbs, religiously eating 2 servings of fruit (apples, peaches) and 3 servings veg (broc, cucumber, spinach) and getting 220-250 g of protein from chicken, tuna, powder, and lean pork.  Try to get in a spoon of peanut butter and some cott. chz or egg whites daily.  I weight 210 lbs now, trying to loose about 10 to get cut up.  Cardio 3 times a week, weight lifting heavy 8-12 sets, 4 reps.  

How do I cut more calories (I&#039;m at about 2000 daily now) without sacrificing my daily fruits, vegs, and fats?  Should I start eating only protein with less servings of fuits, veg, fats?]]></description>
