					<description><![CDATA[I used wrist curl to failure in every arms workout but eventually the weight got heavier so my wrist bones would start hurting like hell every time I do the exercise, even though I used weights that I could lift for 8-12 reps. I assume this is because I have such small wrists as a guy (6 inches circumference). I don&#039;t do wrist curls anymore now and just let deadlifts or shrugs train my grip strength.]]></description>
