Did they stop eating anything else but olives? If not, what else were they eating? Were they also exercising or what were they doing to gain muscle?

In the Mediterranean they do consume a lot of carbs, pasta breads etc. If they were to stop that and only eat Olives (or anything else) then it would be natural to lose weight I would think?]]></description>
