Quick question; I&#039;m currently on week 6 of the 5 day a week THT system. My plan was to finish up the 10 weeks and get started on TSPA after my week off. What is the best lifting cycle for TSPA after coming off of a 10 week, 5 day workout plan with THT? Should I go to 3 days a week with lower rep ranges or is sticking with 6 days a week at higher reps OK?

Anyones input is greatly appreciated.
