Hi Mark, the problem is I’m too stressed up with with the worry of how to gain massive muscles fast. I’ve tried working on many people’s advice but still i see no gain. I’m 23yrs old at only 64kg of body weight and a height of 5ft 8” and my aim is to reach 100kg of body weight and a height of 6ft. I love a ripped body like yours so much. Please help me gain atleast 20lbs of lean muscles each month, it will be a great pleasure.Thanx in advance

Hi Mark McManus. My bicep size is not getting increase,I do lift heavy wieght plus low reps for bicep, but the size is stucked somewhere in my arms.
The size is stuck somewhere in your arms. Sounds more like something you’d need to go to hospital about.
