NEW COACHING APP PREVIEW!

Here’s a preview of my brand new app. I can’t say enough about how good this thing is! I’m still ironing out some details. But let’s have a sneak peek.

The tentative start date is Monday May 30th – I will be starting a 12 WEEK SHRED! It’ll be the best work I’ve ever done, where I coach you all day, every day, right inside the app 😁

You can also sync up your MyFitnessPal account to track your cals/macros. And if you use a FitBit, my app will also sync with that to track your calorie-burn 🙂

Here’s Your Food Diary…

 

🔉 Turn on your sound to listen to the video below. This is so awesome! I’ll make a customized meal plan to get you shredded. You’ll find it in the app. Then you just log those meals in the Food Diary section of the app. It’s fun and easy to use 🙂

I show you exactly how it works in this video. I even show you what to do if you cheat on your diet and grab a Big Mac 😂 It’s not the end of the world.

The app calculates your calories and macros for you automatically as you add your items. This is cool! ✔️
