They have free shipping coupons from time to time through their newsletter. Vitacost ( https:///www.vitacost.com ) and Vitaglo ( https://www.vitaglo.com ) also are great for selection and prices as far as supplements go.

a training partner had some of the same brand of whey powder and i haven’t been able to find it in canada nor do i know where he got. bitter sweet to finally learn where it came from but also that it’s not available in canada.

What about down under in Australia?
I have found Isopure on a website that would deliver to Aussie, but the costs for delivery is as much as the protein itself.
Like $38 for the protein and $33 to deliver.
Any other cheaper ways then this? Or substitutes?

Here in nortwest Pennsylvania, the U.S. of course, i buy at bodybuilding.com. Their store has great prices and a ton of customer reviews on the products.

@Leo – Buddy, here in the states, we have a bazillion options. I get everything through the Vitamin Shoppe (vitaminshoppe.com). Their store brands (BodyTech for the supps Mark is talking about) are actually pretty good quality and they’re cheap as all hell, too – like their creatine is $19.99 for 2lbs, and I find it a little better than some of the pricier brands believe it or not. You can also get name brands there on the cheap, Nature’s Best Isopure whey is around $36.70 for the 3lb container online, usually costs me around $44 if I go to a brick and mortar store here in Phoenix. Some of your more common supps (multi’s, omegas, CLA if you use it, glucosamine if you’re like me with crappy joints) are cheap as dirt from Puritan’s Pride (puritan.com), and they’re starting to get into sports supps too – again no quality issues for me, but their standard shipping is a little crappy. And of course, there’s always Amazon! 😀

I agree, when i was living in the UK I orderd from these guys and its top quality and I got the stuff quickly without any hassles. I’ve moved to Zimbabwe now and the supplements here are all imported crap that costs a fortune. I wish I could order from myprotien here in upper Africa. 🙁

This is where I get my stuff too! As a matter of fact I ordered all my zma, vitamins, protein, creatine and L-glutamine off them 3 days ago and got it all yesterday. Great company never had a problem with them!
