Starting in February 2017, I will be running FREE MuscleHack ‘Month of Mass’ Muscle Challenges.

For 4 weeks, we will all train THT-style and track our progress in a special section of the new forums. We’ll keep track of our body weight, body fat percentage, weights lifted and reps completed! You can share progress pics and videos there if you like.

I get so many requests to create custom meal plans, workouts, body-part specialization routines, and so much more. Since this would take me a few days to put together, I have always reluctantly told people that this isn’t a service I offer.

But now, if you want to hire me to do any of the above for you, you will be able to do this from 16th January 2017. I will help take your results to the next level and shatter any limitations you are currently experiencing!

And one last bit of news. Before the forums open, I’d love to have THT available for free on the Amazon Kindle market. After I get the PDF version out this Wednesday to you guys, I’ll work on that and see if it’s going to be possible.
