Of course the bodybuilding orthodoxy tells us we must have bulking periods (adding muscle and fat) and cutting periods (losing fat and muscle). Thank God it’s not true!
I don’t just THINK they are wrong. I KNOW they are.
You can add muscle without fat. And you can lose fat while still getting stronger and preserving, if not building, muscle.
I do it. I teach others how to do it.

I suppose this might be one of your more unusual testimonials because of my age. I took the ‘after picture’ (below) recently during my summer Total Six Pack Abs cycle.
