LOVE leg day meme, so true. I found to have the same shirt issue, I had to move up to XXL in shirts because my XLs are all tight. Now I look like a tent.
Hi Mark,

Just a quick question, is there anyway to have a weight and reps log in the MuscleHack app? I know there's a way to log reps and weight for workout in excel (PC) but having it in the app to access in the gym would be awesome. Is that possible?

I also appreciate all you've done for the body building community. I've been following THT Training ever since high school which has resulted in explosive gains over the years.

Thanks,
Chris E.

I confirm all 5 of them. Happened to me more than once.
I live in Germany and here it seems that clothing is either for very skinny or overweight people with thin legs and big bellies. I need to buy american brands or go to the US to find clothing that is made for more robust guys (e.g. trousers with smaller waist but bigger legs).
As for protein, each meal with less than 30g is a source of "oh my, I didn't get enough, I will loose all my muscle".... :)

I'm getting pretty tight in the chest and shoulders on large shirts too. X large wind up hanging in my arm pits and bunch up at the waist. Got some xl polos given to me for work because they failed to order me larges. Those actually fit me. I sent the leg day pic to a couple Co workers. One has been hitting the gym with me for awhile. The other just started. We were trying to explain to her how bad leg day sucks lol. When you are thankful that the john has a handicap rail and you stand at the top of the stairs for two minutes trying to convince yourself to go down them lol.

Many of you are too young to remember this, but there was a time when I could buy tapered shirts "off the rack" and they fit rather well. With the obesity epidemic today, however, I think the tendency is to make an XL or 2XL, etc, just that--big and tentlike. But I used to buy extra large tapered shirts which accommodated larger chest, delts while conforming to a 32-34 inch waist. Sadly, the solution today is to buy any style shirt or pants/shorts you want, dress/leisure, and take it to a dry cleaner's for altering. Find a local dry cleaners who does light tailoring, have them measure you and then have them put dual tapers in the backs of all your shirts so they're not so big and baggy anymore. You'll get the fit you want in the style you want, and won't cost much per garment, and is only a one-time expense. Same with pants. Have them measure your waist and take darts in at the waistline. It worked like a charm for me (my wife did it for me back then). My thighs were 29" and my waist was 32". But don't add a few pounds or you're out of luck and have to go back to your "fat" duds. You know what I mean. And suggestion: don't have the shirts made so "skin tight" that all the girls laugh at you, normal people think you're just a narcissistic freak, and guys all think you're gay. Not necessary. You can have a great fit with garments that accentuate your body rather than draw excessive attention to it, especially at work or business.

Bigger muscles mean smaller brains. Or bigger muscles mean psychological or confidence issues. Or the complete lack of understanding of personal development, but kicking a ball around a field and into a net makes perfect sense. I hear all this a lot!
