@Laura. I still recommend the same amount of protein for women as will take about 4 hrs to reach your muscles. You just subtract 40g from your daily protein total and spread the remainder throughout your other meals of the day.
Nope. No other training or dietary changes are required.

My question is about your whey protein recommendation  for post workout...do you recommend the same amount of protein for women? I know that women can&#039;t &quot;get big &quot; as we don&#039;t have the necessary testosterone so given the fact that I don&#039;t and will never have the same amount of muscle as a man doing the same strength training I&#039;m wondering if that much protein is overkill for say a 130 lb woman...?
