I&#039;ve been reading and following all of these posts and articles for quite some time. Some awesome information and results from all kinds of people. Its really encouraging to to see the transformations that are taking place and to know, that being fit and building a good body is actually possible, and not just something you see in the magazine or by famous ppl that have unlimited amounts of $ to get the body they need. 
Currently I&#039;ve been training the THT Volume 6-8. mainly because its easier for me to have a 5 day schedule, taking creatine (ON) and protein (ON) and not skipping certain days. So here is my question... I&#039;m 6&#039;3 ,187 lbs  body fat is around 16.5%. I have a real hard time gaining muscle. I work out every day  (5 days/week) And I&#039;m noticing stronger muscles but not actually bigger muscles? I eat around 180g protein 50g carbs and healthy fat. Do I need to up my carb intake in order to see bigger Muscles? Or do I just continue on track with what I&#039;m doing, assuming that bigger muscles will kick in? I&#039;ve been working out for about 3 Months now... :)]]></description>
