I&#039;ve lost about 0.9 inches off my waistline in the last 2.5 weeks!  I&#039;m starting to see the top abs I haven&#039;t seen in 2 years.  

I wish you guys continued success on your fitness goals after you get home.

They are an inspiration knowing that they are out in the desert, dealing with limited food and obviously the stress and demands of their job, and they can still do it. I&#039;ve just started going to the gym with a friend instead of working out at home, and it&#039;s been going great. I&#039;m going to make sure I couple it with a good diet like these guys did. I&#039;d love to get results like that.]]></description>
