I was just wondering because I low carbed it on my last cut and I got really skinny, lost a lot of muscle as well as strength. Of course, I know it wasn&#039;t just because of the low-carb, but also I was training for growth and really really low on calories.

My 2nd question is, will the low carb lower my strength? I&#039;ve spent the last year bulking up and increasing strength, I don&#039;t want to lose too much strength.]]></description>
