You know what I think the number one cause of failure in the quest to getting ripped is?
There are so many different voices out there telling people how it’s done, each one conflicting with the next.
You want to lose fat and you don’t want to do it at the expense of your hard-earned muscle. The bad news is that the majority of fat loss/six-pack programs out there will have you do just that – lose muscle and fat leaving you looking terrible (and feeling it too).
And in order to achieve this disastrous result you have the pleasure of forking out obscene amounts of money on exotic foods and supplements you DON’T actually need.
Then there’s always having to rearrange your whole life to accommodate the hours of punishing cardio, which is also NOT necessary. In fact, doing too much of this is a contributing factor to your muscle loss.
But there is a way. A much much better way. Take a leaf out of this MuscleHacker’s book and end the confusion once and for all.

“In the first picture (above) I had already come down from 19 to 17 stone doing months and months of cardio and reducing everything that I ate (266lbs to 238lbs).
For the amount of cardio I had done (jogging, cycling, walking) I would have expected ripped abs but unfortunately I had been doing it all wrong and along with fat I had also lost a lot of muscle.
Then one day I stumbled across your website and thought if this guy can give away free stuff that gets results, imagine what the stuff you have to pay for achieves.
I bought the Total Six Pack Abs book and have never been happier!! It is concise and clear in the instructions and if you follow them to the letter, the results are mind blowing!!
I saw changes in the mirror week after week and now understand the principles of losing fat; there are no gimmicks, it works.
I got my results in just 12 weeks after trying myself for about 4 months with punishing cardio and dieting that achieved very little. I just wish I had found the TSPA book at the start of my quest.
If you are a bodybuilder and want to just shed fat the easy way, get this book. Even if you just want to lose fat and are not a bodybuilder this book will enable you to do it the easiest way possible.
I have never felt and looked better and want to thank Mark for revealing the secrets that a lot of supplement companies want kept under wraps! For the price of less than 1 personal training session you can get a book that will help you for life. Period.”

Good work Darren (and Mark). What was the final bodyfat %?
Is TSPA all about low carbing?
Or is there multiple diets within it that we can choose?
@Bill. It uses a carb-cycling approach but a lot of people are surprised to discover that even in the low carb portion, you can have a lot more carbs than say the MANS diet. It’s quite generous actually.
Thanks for the reply Mark!
I was just wondering because I low carbed it on my last cut and I got really skinny, lost a lot of muscle as well as strength. Of course, I know it wasn’t just because of the low-carb, but also I was training for growth and really really low on calories.
My 2nd question is, will the low carb lower my strength? I’ve spent the last year bulking up and increasing strength, I don’t want to lose too much strength.
