My 3-day full-body plan actually has 19 total sets per workout - all to positive failure. That&#039;s not exactly a low amount of sets.
Anyway, when you somehow change your genetics to match Arnold&#039;s, and you take all the steroids that he took, then you can train like him and make gains.]]></description>
