- 6:00 a.m. shower
- 7:30 a.m. golf
- 8:00 a.m. snack

- 11:00 family time / meetings / work calls
- 1:00 p.m. lunch
- 2:00 p.m. meetings / work calls
- 3:00 p.m. pick up kids @ school

Regarding the Cryotherapy, he told Ellen DeGeneres recently,

What do you think? This kind of thing inspires the hell outta me! My day starts at 8am and there’s 1 x THT workout or 1 x Advanced THT workout, depending on what cycle of training I’m on. How about you? ~ Mark McManus 🙂
P.S. Getting lean and having a six-pack all year round will keep you looking youthful!
