QUESTION: MARK, WHAT EXERCISES CAN I DO TO FLATTEN MY TUMMY?
Unfortunately there aren’t any. It isn’t that easy. Your tummy isn’t flat because you’re carrying too much body fat. And you cannot “spot reduce” fat in one particular area with certain exercises.
So what do you need to do? You must reduce your overall body fat percentage and the fat on your belly will go.
This is primarily going to be an issue of diet, not exercise. If you want a six-pack, bear in mind that as a man you’ll need to reduce your overall body fat percentage to below 10% so that your belly fat will be sufficiently low enough to see your abs.
As a woman, you’ll need to get under 17% body to see your abs.
