Yet another Muscle Hacker packs on muscle and gets himself a nice six-pack in the process. 😀

The following email landed in my inbox and I requested pics to see the transformation for myself.

“Hacker’s” details:

Full name: Craig Moody
Age: 27
Current Weight: 180 pounds
Height: 5′ 11″
Location: Miami, FL, USA.

“Hey Mark, I am long time reader and fan. I have written you a time or two before and my praise is still the same, you are amazing…your selfless research and passionate approach is inspiring to say the least. As a fellow focused lifter, I truly and sincerely thank you.

“I am writing you today because of your latest article concerning cardio, bulking and cutting, etc. My diet is a bit different than what you present on your site, but the core is the same: high protein, carb manipulation. I am strict with low carbs for three days, followed by a carb-up on the fourth.

“This is a one year progression, and in that time I have clearly gained pure lean mass, all while remaining lean and defined. I did a bodyfat check this morning: 8.7%. Not bad, especially when you are still putting on size.

“Aside from diet, supplement wise I am exactly the same as what you suggest: Whey Isolate, Micronized Creapure Creatine Monohydrate, Omegas, Magnesium, and a good mutlivitamin. Also a 200mg caffeine pill pre-training, just the same as you. Nothing more, no magical preworkout pump drink, no test pills, and certainly no drugs or hormones. Most importantly, I simply lift and follow my diet…NO CARDIO!

“So, I believe I am literal living proof of the point you are trying to get across. Watching the gains I have made already proved to me that the old school bulking and cutting approach was unnecessary and a waste of time. Like you, I sport a six-pack all year-round and continue to progress in lean mass gains.

“The old approach was illusionary anyway. Puff up fast and quick but when you lean that out, you will find much of what “sized” up on was mere fat and water. Taking the “lean” approach may take a bit longer, but your mass gains are true and real, and you don’t lose anything with some unnecessary “cutting” phase. You simply add true lean mass, then add some more. It’s an honest mass progression, tried and true. No crazy cycling, no insane cardio work.

“When it comes to weight, I know for sure I weighed in at a whopping 153 pounds when my training days began (June 2008). I am now in the low 180’s.

Craig Before “Hackin’ It” in 2008

“From June 2008-December 2008 my training was far more resistance and conditional training; weights were involved, but I wouldn’t classify my training from this time as strictly bodybuilding.

“I graduated into true bodybuilding around the second half of 2009, this is when my diet and supplements were all coming together and I was adhering to the fundamentals that you provide. So, because of this, when entering 2010, I was lean and muscular, as seen in the first shot of the progression pic, and truly living the MuscleHack lifestyle.

“Therefore the March 2010 – March 2011 progression shot (above) is a true testament to your training, diet, and supplement guidance and advice.

“In December 2010 I did a fitness photo shoot so I will attach a shot from that as well. Still, I feel the progression shot provides the clearest detail of the progress made.

After Hackin’ It For Some Months

“Again, I cannot thank you enough Mark for your thorough guidance and inspiration. I wouldn’t have come this far if it weren’t for selfless people like you who have helped guide me along the way. I am sincerely grateful and deeply honored to join the ranks of your success stories!

“Keep inspiring us Mark. You are an icon!

Craig Moody”

Well, the pleasure’s all mine, Craig! I LIVE for this sort of feedback from readers.

I love what I do. It really gives me an immense sense of gratitude, happiness, and humility to see that people out there are really putting my words into practice and making positive changes in their bodies and lives!

Without the readers, there’s no MuscleHack. And I have the best readers in the world, no doubt about it!

I asked Craig for a link to his Facebook account. He replied, “Unfortunately, I do not have a Facebook account (I know, I am like the only living being on the planet who doesn’t…lol), but certainly use whatever you feel will help authenticate my testimonial.”

Train With 100% Intensity, Guys!

Mark.

P.S. I love to see your transformation pics whether they’re from T.H.T. or Total Six Pack Abs. Please send them on to me as readers always love a healthy dose of inspiration! Send them via the Facebook group or the contact form on this site.
